1. Cost Estimator (Civil / Architectural / Structural or Mechanical or Electrical) :
SAR=4000 to 5000 Housing and Transportation Company Provided
Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering (as per required discipline). * Fully conversant in computer operations, current version of Microsoft Office (Word and Excel), including. Knowledge in Microsoft Virsion 2007 would be beneficial. * Knowledge in Microstation or AutoCAD drafting would be beneficial.Eight (8) years" experience in construction work from the date of qualifications, with five (5) years of those in cost estimating, is including but not limited to, estimating, preliminary costing, preparation of bills of quantity and bills of material, quality scopes of work, variation or change order costs and final accounts.
2. Senior Structural Design Engineer:
SAR = 5500 to 7000 Housing and Transportation Company Provided.
Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering. Must have pass National Licensure or equivalent and possess a current license as Registered Engineer.Knowledgeable structural design calculation related software (preference in STAAD-Pro).Shall be well verse with International Building Codes, ACI 318, ASD, L&RFD, AISC, ASCE 7 and other related Engineering and Construction Codes and Standards.Twelve (12) years experience from the date of qualification in design and engineering office with five (5) years of which as lead structural design engineer or team leader.
3. Structural Design Engineer:
SAR = 5000 to 6500 Housing and Transportation Company Provided
Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering. Passing National Licensure or equivalent would be beneficial.Knowledgeable in structural design calculation related software (preference in STAAD-Pro). * Shall be well verse with International Building Codes, ACI 318, ASD, L&RFD, AISC, ASCE 7 and other Engineering and Construction Codes and Standards.
Eight (8) years experience from the date of qualification in design and engineering office as structural design engineer.

Must have pass National Licensure or equivalent and possess a current license as Registered Engineer. * Knowledgeable in mechanical, plumbing and piping design calculation related software.Shall be well verse with related International Engineering and Construction Codes and Standards including International Plumbing Code, International Fire Code, International Mechanical Code, andUniform Plumbing Code.Twelve (12) years experience from the date of qualification in design and engineering office with five (5) years of which as lead mechanical design engineer or team leader.

Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering. Passing National Licensure or equivalent will be beneficial. * Knowledgeable in mechanical, plumbing and piping design calculation related software. * Shall be well verse with related International Engineering and Construction Codes and Standards including International Plumbing Code, International Fire Code, International Mechanical Code, and Uniform Plumbing Code.Eight (8) years experience from the date of qualification in design and engineering office as mechanical design engineer.
6. Mechanical (HVAC) Design Engineer:
SAR = 5500 to 6500 Housing and Transportation Company Provided
Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical or HVAC Engineering.Passing National Licensure or equivalent will be beneficial. * Knowledgeable in HVAC design/calculation related software. * Shall be well verse with related International Engineering and Construction Codes and Standards including International Mechanical Code, SMACNA, and ASHREA. Eight (8) years experience from the date of qualification in design and engineering office as HVAC design engineer.
7. Mechanical (Piping) Design Engineer:
SAR = 5300 to 6300 Housing and Transportation Company Provided
Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering. Passing National Licensure or equivalent will be beneficial. * Knowledgeable in mechanical/piping design calculation related software. * Shall be well verse with related International Engineering and Construction Codes and Standards including International Plumbing Code and International Mechanical Code.
Eight (8) years experience from the date of qualification in design and engineering office as mechanical (piping) design engineer.
8. Project/Site Engineer (Civil/Architectural/ Structural or Mechanical or Electrical:
SAR = 4000 to 5000 Housing and Transportation Company Provided.
Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering (as per required discipline). Passing the National Licensure Examination would be beneficial. * Must be well verse with related International Engineering and Construction Codes and Standards. * Fully conversant in computer operations with emphasis on the urrent version of Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) and Project Management Software (Microsoft Project and/or Primavera). * Eight (8) years" experience from the date of qualification in building constructionand maintenance; five (5) years of which as project/site engineer.
9. Landscape Architect:
SAR = 4000 to 5500 Housing and Transportation Company Provided
Bachelor of Science Degree in Landscape Engineering or Landscape Architecture; alternate qualification is Bachelor of Science Degree in Architecture with postgraduate certificate in Landscape Architecture or Landscape Engineering. * Fully conversant in computer operations with emphasis on the current version of Microsoft Office (Word and Excel.), Microstation V8i, Adobe Photoshop CS4 and Autodesk 3ds Max 2010. * Shall be well verse with related International Engineering and Construction Codes and Standards.Eight (8) years of experience from the date of qualifications, with five (5) years of those spent in preparing landscape designs, irrigation systems, plants selection, working drawings. Additionally, shall be able to do conceptual sketches both for design and construction. * Shall have three (3) full years proven experience using Computer Aided Drafting software 'Microstation' of which two (2) years shall be in 3-D modeling, rendering and developing perspectives. * Must have experience in planning, programming,estimating, scheduling and quality control.
10. Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) Coordinator (Civil/Architectural/ Structural, Mechanical and Electrical). :

Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering. * Must be conversant with the elements of ISO 9000, including quality systems, quality audits and quality records * Fully conversant in computers operations with emphasis on the current version of Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Access. Ten (10) years working experience in the construction or electromechanical maintenance field, five (5) years of which in a capacity as Quality Auditor or Assessor particularly in the field of interest. * Must be experienced in developing and implementing quality management system. Experienced in the assessment of work procedures and systems.
