Job specification:
A leading international consulting firm specializing in civil engineering, transport planning, environmental planning and infrastructure development are seeking additional senior construction personnel for our current work in Saudi Arabia.
The Project
The North South Railway will be one of the largest mineral, general freight and passenger railway projects in the world. The organisation will be providing the project management and construction supervision skills required for the implementation phase. Project implementation also includes the procurement of a large amount of specialized railway equipment, supervision relating to signaling, telecommunications, workshops, stations and buildings, as well as design review and the selection of a railway operator.
Role and Responsibilities
You will be reporting to the project director you will develop the safety policy and management plan for the project to ensure that the highest standards of construction and operation are achieved and maintained on behalf of the client.
You must have:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experienced in safety management, safety case documentation and safety control management
- Awareness of FIDC, specifications, drawings etc in relations to safety aspects.
- Minimum 10 years experience in construction and supervision of highway or railway projects or similar types of construction.
- BSc Civil Engineering of similar
